Down and Dirty With Details

One of the hardest things for writing is making sure you get the details right, because unlike reality - fiction has to make sense. 

While you can fudge certain details (I certainly have - UCLA does not offer a journalism degree no matter how much people may want it), certain things won't work if you don't sit down and get the research right.
