Over Your Shoulder You Have to Watch Heaven Fall Into Hell

For those of us who had any dreams of working in the music industry in Canada, Le Studio Morin Heights was one of the "OMG" locations that you wanted to work. The pedigree of the place is impressive as hell - The Police, Rush, David Bowie, Barenaked Ladies... all of them have recorded there. 

So, you can imagine the shock and sadness I felt when I saw this video the other day, showing how far the place has gone downhill - supposedly it was bought in 2009 (at the tune of $2.5 million) and hasn't been touched since, though the grapevine had it that it was supposed to be remodeled into a spa. 

Sadly, I never had the chance to visit Le Studio, and right now, if I were to go to Morin Heights, I'm sure I'd probably shed more than a tear for the fallen giant.
